Simalungun, Selektifnews.com - Simalungun Regent Radiapoh Hasiholan Sinaga officially opened the 7th Workshop on 'Harvesting Learning Outcomes', a program for driving force 7th teachers in Simalungun Regency, which took place at the Simalungun MUI Building, Asahan Street, Siantar District, North Sumatera, Saturday (7/15/2023).
The opening of the workshop was marked by the beating of Gong by the Regent accompanied by Joko Ahmad Julifan (Professor of the North Sumatera Province Teaching Center), and the Head of the Simalungun Education Office, Sudiahman Saragih.
In his remarks, the Regent of Simalungun Radiapoh Hasiholan Sinaga congratulated the prospective teachers for batch 7th who had successfully carried out the 7th workshop.
"We should be proud because Simalungun Regency was given the opportunity to get a driving teacher program. And learn the practice of driving teachers in this 7th batch," said the Regent.
The Regent hopes that this activity will not only be ceremonial, but must be carried out and practiced. "I really support activities like this to improve the quality of education in Simalungun Regency," said the Regent.
The Regent said, this education is the real gate, where the level of knowledge becomes the foundation for us and our children in the future.
The Regent asked the driving teacher to be able to implement it for students and also fellow teachers. "If this is implemented, I'm sure our education in Simalungun will be more advanced," said the Regent.
According to the Regent, the Simalungun Regency Government is detailing so that later it will make it easier for teachers in Simalungun to carry out their duties serving students.
The Regent of Simalungun also asked the teachers to increase their discipline. "In the future there will be digital attendance at schools. These teachers will be good examples for students," said the Regent.
The Regent again hopes that this activity can increase positive things for the world of education in Simalungun district.
"Bring souvenirs of knowledge that can build education in Simalungun Regency," said the Regent.
"No one loses in this workshop. I also have great hopes for the teachers for the progress of education in Simalungun Regency. Pick up the ball to provide education to children in Simalungun," concluded the Regent ending.
Meanwhile, Professor of the North Sumatra Province Mobilization Teacher Center, Joko Ahmad Julifan, in his remarks, thanked the Simalungun Regency Government for supporting the progress of education and support the independent learning drive teacher program.
"We have agreed with the Regent of Simalungun, to jointly develop education in Simalungun Regency. We have also been instructed by the ministry to run the independent learning program," said Joko.
Therefore, Joko invited the driving force teachers so that the teacher becomes a mentor to the students, because these students are the main ones. Make the educational environment as comfortable as possible.
"Ladies and gentlemen are very lucky to be chosen as driving teachers. So, don't waste this opportunity, because this driving teacher is a choice that later must be able to apply it in schools, and be able to improve education in Simalungun Regency," continued Joko.
Joko also mentioned that his party was ready to provide support for the advancement of education in Simalungun Regency.
On this occasion, the Regent together with the Professor at the North Sumatera Provincial Driving School and the Head of the Simalungun Education Office saw first-hand the work of the 7th batch of driving teachers. (Rel/Red)
